Ace Combat: Assault Horizon: From tomorrow across Europe, you will be able to play the first couple of single-player levels of Ace Combat: Assault Horizon on your PS3 or Xbox 360 before its release in October 2011. The first level takes place in the skies above Miami as you learn how to play your F-22A. The second level has you taking on the role of a helicopter pilot and causing massive amount of destruction as you assist an elite Delta Force unit in a rescue operation.

You can read what Nick thought of Ace Combat: Assault Horizon from a pilot’s perspective in my hands-on preview.

Mario Craft: User “akumpf” from Teague Labs have created a playable analogue version of Super Mario Bros with magnets, servos and a cardbox box. Sure, the level’s kind short but look, it’s made of cardboard! (via @byronicman). You can find the Mario servo instructions here.
