Xbox One Release Date Revealed

Microsoft announced the European release date of the Xbox One today: 22nd November, also knows as 5 days before my birthday. *hint, hint*

It’s not a brilliant date – many companies pay their staff on the last Wednesday of the month, and plenty more on the last working day so the PlayStation 4’s release date of 29th November is better suited. Prepare for a tight November, especially if you pre-ordered the Day One edition.
The Xbox One will be launching simultaneously in 13 countries:
- UK
- Australia
- Austria
- Brazil
- Canada
- France
- Germany
- Ireland
- Italy
- Mexico
- New Zealand
- Spain
- USA
As well as announcing the launch date, Microsoft have confirmed that the Xbox One will ship with an increased 1.75GHZ CPU and are releasing additional Day One editions for preorder, so if you missed out on the last batch from your preferred company, check again. You may have another chance for that free copy of FIFA 14.
