The Elder Scrolls Online: Beta Sign-ups Now Open

The Elder Scrolls Online has announced closed beta sign-ups today with this new video, a live action trailer showing the factions battling to seize a tower.

Taking place in the world of Elder Scrolls, the upcoming MMO will feature familiar landscapes from the entire series of role-playing games: Skyrim, Cyrodiil from Oblivion, Morrowind, Daggerfall and the Khajit province of Elsweyr, among others. We’ll see a return to the fantastic organic creature designs of Morrowind with dreugh and lanfear, plenty of dwemer and daedric opponents and nine playable races.

Set 1000 years before Skyrim, during the attack of Daedric Prince Molag Bal, you’ll ally with one of the three factions: The Ebonheart Pact, the Daggerfall Covenant and the Aldmeri Dominion. Learn more about the alliances on the Elder Scrolls Online homepage.
