Lik Sang’s lost item policy

For anyone who’d like to know before they buy from Lik Sang…

If you don’t receive your ordered item in a timely fashion they will ask you to wait about 2 weeks extra to make sure it’s not just severely delayed. Then you let them know it still hasn’t arrived and they will raise an enquiry with their postal service to confirm that the item has indeed been lost and you’re not just trying to scam them out of another item. They say that this enquiry normally takes 4-6 weeks and they will send another one only if the original item has been confirmed lost. In the meantime, you just have to wait.

So at this rate, I may just get my imported Christmas present of Animal Crossing: Wild World somewhere in the last week of March *sniff*

Only protecting their interests, but still sucks :(
